Clint Lane. It was formerly known as Watery Lane, apparently due to the number of springs that were along it.
Centre of the picture is the Old Carpenters shop, as of 2006 converted to flats.
One of the oldest buildings.
This building was previously three dwellings, as can be seen from the window configuration. The brickwork was a Victorian answer to repairs, the inside remains original.
Clint Lane is perhaps the greenest of all the lanes.
The buildings on the right were for the manager and mechanic of Clint Farm, whose roof can be seen on the left.
